Hoy ha sido ya mi último entrenamiento antes de la carrera de Fin de Año: La Cursa dels Nassos. María hace el informe, yo sólo tengo que decir que se me nota que he comido mucho pavo y mucho bacalao... así que no se cómo irá todo en Barcelona, pero ilusión sí que hace...

Walk the run!
We will be 11 runners at La cursa dels Nassos. In alphabetical order these are Los morroskos de Noruega that will run on New Year's Eve:
Are, Eivind, Espen, Gabriel, Henning, Jostein, Leonor, María, Paloma y Raquel

We will meet the day before "la cursa" to walk together the 10 km and get to know the terrain. Tom, Albert, Jacob, Gabriel, Olav and Ferran will also join us that day to walk the run with us and be illustrated about a neighbourhood in Barcelona that we do not usually visit.
We meet on Thursday 30.12 at 16:00 in front of the door of Centre Esportiu Municipal Mar Bella (Avda. del Litoral del Mar, 86-96). This is where we should pick up our race number and chip and the runners bag!
From there we go together and walk the run.
Jostein and I will land at 14:30. There is therefore a small possibility we can join you for the walk. In that case, we'll meet you there. However, if you don't see us, Leonor, just pick up our stuff.
ResponderEliminarJust a little advice: don't wear your high heels for the walk! Our feet nedd to be in tip-top condition for the Cursa, and 10 km are 10 km!
